Senior Analyst – Sourcing

• Support end-to-end sourcing projects across all indirect spend categories including SaaS, software licensing, IT services, professional services, marketing, facilities, and corporate services • Co-ordinate RFx activities (RFI, RFP, RFQ) using the Coupa Sourcing Module or bespoke frameworks as directed by the Sourcing Lead • Gather, organise, and validate vendor responses for completeness and comparability • Maintain evaluation workbooks, pricing models, and commercial comparison tools • Conduct should-cost analysis and cost structure breakdowns to support negotiation strategy • Gather market benchmarking data and competitive pricing intelligence across domestic and international vendors • Perform spend analysis identifying trends, outliers, and savings opportunities • Support category reviews by preparing spend category reports, supplier landscape summaries, vendor concentration analysis, and contract expiry profiles to inform the Sourcing Lead’s category planning • Review vendor contracts (MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, Amendments) and identify key commercial terms, deviations, and areas requiring the Sourcing Lead’s attention • Support commercial negotiations by preparing data packs, talking points, and scenario analyses

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
  • Experience across indirect spend categories with SaaS and software licensing experience highly desirable
  • Experience in a global technology company or shared services environment is an advantage
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) preferred but not mandatory.
