Senior Cybersecurity Engineer
Leidos
• Conducting technical and administrative tasks including preparing Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts • Defining cybersecurity requirements • Conducting cyber scans and generating associated reports for maintaining Authority to Operate (ATO) for multiple systems • Managing the cyber team’s tasking using JIRA • Working closely with the customer to define and prioritize the work across the Leidos and Government cyber teams • Reporting to the program Technical Director and coordinating with program management, engineering staff, and customer stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Must possess and maintain active DoD Secret clearance or above
- Bachelor’s degree and eight (8) – twelve (12) years of experience
- Experience managing Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts and maintaining system Authority To Operate (ATO) certification
- One or more DoD Manual 8570 IAT II/III certifications prior to start, such as CompTIA Security+
- Able to multi-task, manage a team of cyber engineers, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and strong problem-solving mindset
