Field Service Technician

Ebara Elliott Energy

• Installing, servicing, and repairing systems and components at customer sites. • Diagnosing complex mechanical, hardware, and software failures down to the component level. • Serving as the technical contact for client issues and escalating design problems to engineering. • Training and guiding Level I–III technicians and field engineers. • Tracking maintenance, reporting downtime, ordering parts, and following safety policies.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree in Electronics or completion of accredited basic electronics program or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Three (3) to Six (6) years of work-related experience, in mechanical, electrical and customer support.
  • Working knowledge of principles of semiconductor and/or vacuum technology is preferred.
