Job Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Strong judgment about which KPIs to surface and which visualization communicates a given trend
- Proven ability to connect varied data sources into CJA
- Excellent communication skills
- Nice to Have: Experience with Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Google Analytics (GA4), familiarity with tag management (Adobe Launch / Google Tag Manager) and data layers, Adobe certification (Adobe Certified Expert in Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Analytics), SQL or comparable data-query fluency.

The Role The Staff Data Analyst will join the Block Compliance Analytics team chartered to put data at the center of the Compliance organization.
