Role Description Estamos buscando un Oracle Process Consultant con experiencia en análisis, documentación, transformación y optimización de procesos de negocio dentro de iniciativas de transformación digital e implementación de soluciones Oracle. - Trabajarás directamente con stakeholders, usuarios de negocio y equipos de implementación. - Comprender cómo opera actualmente la organización. - Identificar oportunidades de mejora y diseñar procesos futuros más eficientes. - Facilitar workshops, documentar procesos AS-IS y TO-BE, modelar flujos utilizando BPMN. - Acompañar iniciativas de cambio organizacional. Qualifications - 4 o más años de experiencia en consultoría, análisis, diseño o transformación de procesos de negocio. - Experiencia realizando levantamiento, documentación y rediseño de procesos AS-IS y TO-BE. - Experiencia facilitando workshops con usuarios, stakeholders y líderes de distintas áreas. - Participación en proyectos de transformación digital, mejora continua, implementación de ERP o rediseño operativo. - Experiencia colaborando con equipos funcionales o de implementación dentro del ecosistema Oracle. - Conocimiento de procesos de negocio asociados con soluciones Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion Applications u Oracle E-Business Suite. - Capacidad para identificar oportunidades de mejora y convertirlas en propuestas de procesos claras, viables y medibles. - Experiencia trabajando como enlace entre áreas de negocio y equipos de implementación. - Capacidad para generar documentación funcional y ejecutiva de alta calidad. - Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles o híbridas. Requirements - Analizar procesos de negocio actuales para comprender su funcionamiento, dependencias, responsables, controles y puntos de fricción. - Identificar oportunidades de optimización, automatización, estandarización y mejora continua. - Documentar procesos actuales y futuros mediante modelos AS-IS y TO-BE. - Diseñar procesos futuros alineados con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización y las capacidades funcionales de Oracle. - Elaborar mapas de procesos, diagramas, flujos operativos y documentación funcional. - Utilizar BPMN u otras metodologías de modelado para representar procesos de negocio de manera clara y estructurada. - Facilitar workshops, entrevistas y sesiones de descubrimiento con usuarios, líderes de negocio y stakeholders. - Guiar conversaciones para identificar causas raíz, ineficiencias, riesgos operativos y oportunidades de transformación. - Colaborar con consultores funcionales, Business Analysts, equipos técnicos y especialistas de implementación Oracle. - Asegurar que los procesos diseñados puedan traducirse correctamente en configuraciones o soluciones dentro del ecosistema Oracle. - Participar en iniciativas de transformación empresarial y adopción de nuevas formas de trabajo. - Apoyar actividades de Change Management, comunicación y preparación de usuarios ante cambios en procesos o herramientas. - Dar seguimiento a acuerdos, decisiones, riesgos y acciones definidas durante las sesiones de trabajo. - Validar que los procesos implementados correspondan con el diseño funcional y los objetivos definidos. - Promover metodologías de mejora continua y mejores prácticas de gestión de procesos.
