Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required; additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of higher education. - A project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is required for both internal and external candidates. - 5+ years of project management experience leading technical, construction, and operational initiatives, including direct or indirect leadership of cross-functional teams. - 2+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse, fulfillment center, or construction environments, with demonstrated people leadership and team development experience. - Experience managing warehouse industrial construction projects, including site selection, permitting, zoning approvals, and facility startup activities. - Strong knowledge of eCommerce and distribution center processes, including layout design, productivity analysis, and operational optimization. - Working knowledge of WMS, SAP, ERP, or related systems preferred. - Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders; financial modeling or pricing experience is a plus. Requirements - Bachelor's degree is preferred. - Experience designing and implementing warehouse, fulfillment, or eCommerce solutions in multi-site 3PL environments. - PMP certification is strongly preferred. - Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, ERP, or related business systems. - Experience with financial modeling, pricing analysis, capital planning, and ROI development. - Familiarity with automated warehousing technologies, material handling systems, slotting strategies, and storage optimization.
