Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS Systems Analyst or similar role
- Hands-on experience in the configuration and optimization of a complex, comprehensive HRMS
- Working knowledge of HR operations and associated processes
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Proven experience in platform and system configuration
- Experience in system and process automation optimization
- Experience in creation, testing, monitoring, and managing file feeds
- Experience in creation of complex, custom reports
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
