What You'll Do - Support multiple concurrent Salesforce initiatives by configuring and maintaining the platform, including creating and modifying objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and flows. - Administer and enhance Salesforce functionality using declarative tools such as Flow, converting Process builders to Flows and standard configuration features to meet business requirements. - Assist in managing CPQ by maintaining product configurations, Product Rules, Pricing Rules, and approval processes. - Experience with system integrations, including the ability to manage and support integrated applications across platforms. - Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather enhancement requests, translate them into functional solutions, and implement improvements within Salesforce. - Support user experience improvements by configuring Lightning pages, dynamic forms, and layouts. - Perform system testing to validate configurations, ensure data integrity, and confirm that enhancements meet business needs. - Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve bugs or escalate when necessary. - Maintain data quality, security, and access controls, including roles, profiles, and permission sets. - Document configurations, processes, and user guides to support ongoing system usage and training. - Assist with release management, deployments, and sandbox testing activities. Qualifications - 2–4 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including configuration of objects, fields, flows, and validation rules. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. - Strong understanding of the Opportunity sales cycle and sales processes. - Experience with declarative automation tools such as Flow (preferred) and the ability to migrate automation from Process Builder to Flows. - Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, including product setup, pricing rules, and approval processes (preferred). - Working knowledge of data management practices, including data imports, exports, and data quality maintenance. - Experience managing user access, sharing rules, roles, profiles, and permission sets. - Agentforce and Data Cloud knowledge is a plus. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to support end users and resolve system issues. - Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer. - Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position. Role Description ZeroFox seeks a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the configuration and continued optimization of ZeroFox's CPQ implementation and approval process framework within Salesforce.com. This is a critical, highly-visible role that partners closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing, and requires someone who understands how data actually flows across the business — not just within Salesforce in isolation. The ideal candidate analyzes data to drive decisions rather than relying on instinct alone, and has the judgment to know when to build something new versus maintain and optimize what already exists. - Own enhancements start-to-finish: building and updating automation, running QA/UAT in sandbox environments, managing deployments via change sets, and documenting and communicating changes as needed. - Manage and maintain custom objects/fields, process builder, validation rules flows, and other automation features. - Support creating and maintaining product rules, product actions, product configuration and advanced approval rules. - Serve as the primary owner for CPQ troubleshooting, partnering with CPQ team, Sales and Sales Operations to diagnose and resolve quoting issues quickly and accurately. - Manage and maintain related sales technology connected to Salesforce (e.g., Gong), and own how data moves between systems. - Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, and leadership to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. - Manage data imports, deduplication, and database cleanup to maintain data accuracy using Dataloader or Inspector. - Train sales team members on relevant tools, processes, and reporting. Qualifications - Salesforce.com Administrator Certification (ADMIN 201) required. - 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (closer to 5 preferred); technology/SaaS or high-growth environment strongly preferred. - Experience at a smaller or leaner organization, where hands-on ownership across the platform was required. - Strong Salesforce experience: custom reporting/dashboarding, automation (process builder, flows), object relationships, field types, and security model (roles/profiles/permission sets). - Solid written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable working with large datasets — using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, SoQL, or reporting tools — to compare, analyze, and surface insights that drive decision-making. - Ability to work autonomously and lead Salesforce-related projects and initiatives. Requirements - Experience with Gong or other revenue intelligence/connected sales tools. - Experience with Impartner or another partner relationship management (PRM) platform. - Advanced Salesforce certifications beyond Administrator. - Familiarity with relational databases and related concepts. Benefits - Competitive compensation. - Community-driven culture with employee events. - Respectful and nourishing work environment, where every opinion is heard and everyone is encouraged to be an active part of the organizational culture.
