Role Description The Math Expert (PhD) will be responsible for the following: - Develop and provide comprehensive, accurate, and insightful responses to complex mathematics prompts spanning undergraduate and graduate curricula. - Review, refine, and deliver "golden responses"—high-quality model answers that exemplify subject mastery for use in AI training. - Collaborate with a distributed team of experts to ensure clarity, precision, and educational value in all mathematics content produced. - Analyze and interpret intricate mathematical problems, proofs, and concepts, distilling them into structured and accessible explanations. - Contribute feedback to improve project guidelines, response standards, and content workflows as the engagement evolves. - Adhere to project requirements regarding format, quality, and timeliness of deliverables. Qualifications - PhD in Mathematics or closely related discipline from an accredited institution. - Proven track record of academic excellence and subject-matter expertise, especially at the graduate level. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and succinctly. - Experience authoring or reviewing mathematics materials, such as textbooks, exams, problem sets, or journal articles. - Familiarity with various branches of pure and applied mathematics. - Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to producing precise, high-quality work. - Adaptability and openness to collaborative, iterative feedback in a remote expert network environment. • Build and ship React Native features across iOS and Android, working closely with product managers and designers to deliver polished, production-ready experiences. • Participate in technical design discussions, applying your understanding of the app architecture to propose sound, maintainable solutions at the feature level. • Write well-tested code and take part in code reviews with a focus on correctness, clarity, and security, not just checking boxes. • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation, documentation, and troubleshooting, then critically evaluate the output before it lands in the codebase. • Identify and help resolve performance issues, crashes, and reliability gaps in production mobile applications. • Break down moderately complex problems into clear tasks, estimate timelines with your team's input, and surface blockers before they become escalations. • Work within and contribute to the mobile CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane), understanding how builds, tests, and releases come together end to end. • Follow shared component and coding standards that keep the codebase consistent across teams and apps, and contribute improvements where you see them.

• Develop and evolve the AI tool roadmap, prioritizing features based on the value delivered to teams. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure the continuous improvement of the tool’s features. • Act as a technical reference for management, promoting AI adoption and culture. • Serve as the point of contact for AI-related matters within the organization. • Actively participate in creating and implementing guidelines, policies, and best practices for the responsible use of AI. • Contribute to structuring and formalizing the AI use process at the directorate level. • Lead the rollout of the formalized process within your management area. • Ensure effective adoption and alignment with the defined standards.
