Qualifications - 5+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record of owning and delivering complex features independently. - Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern backend ecosystem, specifically Ruby or .NET/C#. - Deep understanding of how to build high-quality, performant, and scalable distributed systems. - Extensive experience designing and evolving complex data models across relational (SQL Server) and non-relational stores. - A solid, capable engineer who can drive problems to completion with little oversight and knows the right questions to ask. - Advanced experience treating LLMs and agentic tools as core parts of your planning and implementation toolkit. - A desire to refine our engineering culture and processes, ensuring we consistently deliver stable, resilient systems.
