LLM Tool Calling und Structured Outputs sind für dich Handwerkszeug. - Features shippen: Du setzt kleinere Features und Bugfixes eigenständig um — von der Idee bis zum Merge. Dein Code geht live und wird von echten Vertriebspartnern genutzt. - AI-Tools scouten: Neue Modelle und AI-Tools probierst du am Erscheinungstag aus und übersetzt sie in konkrete Anwendungsfälle für unsere Plattform. - Den Energievertrieb automatisieren: Du gestaltest die KI-Workflows mit, die unsere Plattform tragen: Live-Bonitätsprüfung, Antragsvalidierung, automatisierte Provisionsabrechnung. - Direkt am Kern arbeiten: Du arbeitest unmittelbar mit dem Gründerteam und unseren KI-Experten zusammen — kurze Wege, schnelle Entscheidungen, sichtbare Wirkung. Qualifications - Immatrikulation: Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in, z. B. in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science oder einem verwandten Fach. - Agentic-Development-Skills: Du entwickelst eigenständig KI-basiert: Tools wie Claude Code oder Codex sind dir vertraut, LLM Tool Calling und Structured Outputs verstehst du und wendest sie an. - AI-First Mindset: AI ist dein tägliches Werkzeug, kein Buzzword. Du verstehst, wie LLMs und Agenten funktionieren, und probierst Neues sofort aus. - Builder-Mentalität: Du arbeitest eigenständig, bleibst hartnäckig dran und lieferst lieber einen funktionierenden Prototyp als ein perfektes Konzept. - Sprache: Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift. • Serve as the squad's technical reference for topics related to AI Engineering and Software. • Lead the technical and architectural design of solutions based on AI Agents, LLMs and RAG architectures. • Make high-complexity technical decisions involving scalability, security, performance and system integration. • Develop high-quality solutions following software engineering best practices. • Define technical standards, frameworks and best practices for the evolution of the AI platform. • Work hands-on in the development of critical solutions. • Translate business needs into technically viable architectures and solutions. • Mentor developers and disseminate technical knowledge within the team. • Influence strategic decisions related to the adoption and evolution of AI across the organization.

• Design and develop integration solutions using Tibco and/or Workato to connect various applications and systems. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Implement and maintain data mappings, transformations, and workflows to ensure seamless data exchange. • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, ensuring high availability and performance. • Create technical documentation for integration processes and solutions. • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Tibco and Workato to continuously improve integration efficiency.

Role Description As a member of the Dashboard Build team, you will provide logistical support for our cloud development organization, focusing on functionality, simplicity, scalability, reliability, and availability of our build systems. You're driven by a strong desire to improve developer happiness, always keeping an empathetic ear out for developers’ day-to-day experience with tools and workflows, while finding ways to improve these. You'll make incremental changes to quickly get a developer unstuck, as well as propose and implement longer term changes that reduce technical debt, accelerate developer productivity, and anticipate future needs. We are stewards of the outer loop, striving to enable our developers to ship quality features, with confidence. The Dashboard Build team supports our FedRAMP Moderate environment, and we are building on that foundation for U.S. federal and defense customers with FedRAMP High and DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) requirements. That means designing systems that are scalable, reliable, auditable, and simple to operate under a high bar for security and compliance. We’re looking for a technical lead who thrives in high impact, high visibility projects, with an excitement to tackle complex problems and collaborate across teams. This role supports U.S. federal cloud environments governed by federal customer and contract requirements. To comply with requirements applicable to this role, the successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and must perform work for this role from within the United States. This requirement is specific to this role’s federal work and is not a general for hiring preference. What you will do - Design, implement, and operate build and deploy systems, to meet FedRAMP High and IL5 requirements, with a focus on scalability, availability, product quality, and developer experience. - Translate security and compliance requirements into implementation: access control, audit logging, secret management, vulnerability response, and evidence collection. - Work closely with product engineering teams to monitor and maintain build health, velocity, and accuracy. - Collaborate with the SRE team to ensure scalability and availability of build systems. - Prevent, predict, and respond to issues, coordinating the triage and remediation efforts across the product teams. Qualifications - 5+ years of relevant experience in development, build, and release engineering. - Experience with the development of modular build systems and tools for a scalable continuous infrastructure that provides a streamlined developer experience. - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity, GitHub, Buildkite, CircleCI, and/or RWX. - Experience with distributed version control systems such as Git, GitLab, and/or GitHub. - Experience with the use of containers in a build environment, and tools such as AWS, Artifactory, Docker, and/or Kubernetes. - Experience with Linux and open-source software. - Strong scripting knowledge using Shell, Groovy, Ruby, or similar scripting languages. - Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React toolchains and pipelines. - Experience with Ruby on Rails and RSpec pipelines. Bonus points for - Experience with data collection, parsing, and visualization tools such as the Elastic Stack and Grafana. - Experience with FedRAMP Moderate/High, DoD IL4/IL5, FISMA, GovRAMP (formerly StateRAMP), or similar regulated environments. - Experience building or operating software in AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or other isolated cloud environments. - Experience with infrastructure-as-code, secrets management, service mesh, zero-trust patterns, or compliance automation. - Interest in security and networking.
