Senior Manager, Fleet Management – Performance
Diligent Robotics
• Own and administer MaintainX and associated fleet management / configuration management systems. • Establish system standards, data hygiene practices, asset hierarchies, and governance models. • Ensure configuration control across hardware, firmware, and software fleet variants. • Define, own, and continuously refine fleet performance KPIs (availability, MTBF, MTTR, utilization, failure rates, etc.). • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time and trend-based insights. • Track leading and lagging indicators impacting fleet reliability and customer experience. • Partner with Data and Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and quality. • Proactively analyze performance trends across sites, configurations, and environments. • Identify systemic issues impacting uptime, reliability, and service delivery. • Translate data insights into prioritized operational and engineering initiatives. • Drive post-incident reviews with structured root cause documentation and corrective action tracking. • Build and mentor a high-performing fleet analytics and systems team. • Create documentation, playbooks, and operational standards to support rapid scaling. • Serve as the escalation point for fleet system integrity and performance data accuracy. • Champion a culture of operational rigor, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in fleet operations, robotics, autonomous systems, hardware operations, or complex distributed systems.
- Proven ownership of fleet management systems (e.g., MaintainX or equivalent CMMS/Fleet platforms).
- Experience leading metric definition, KPI governance, and performance analytics at scale.
- Strong background in configuration management and lifecycle governance.
- Experience building performance dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Deep understanding of reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, availability modeling).
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, executive-level insights.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to influence across Engineering, Operations, and Product.
- Strong program management skills with a structured approach to scaling processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities - Contract Negotiation & Management - Lead the negotiation, analysis, and renewal of payor agreements across commercial, government, and specialty networks. - Evaluate contract terms, reimbursement methodologies, and fee schedules to ensure alignment with financial and operational goals. - Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with payor representatives and internal stakeholders to facilitate ongoing communication and issue resolution. - Implementation & Maintenance - Coordinate with Credentialing, Billing, Revenue Cycle, and IT teams to ensure timely implementation and accurate setup of new and amended contracts. - Maintain a centralized repository of contracts, fee schedules, amendments, and effective dates using contract management software. - Monitor contract compliance, performance, and renewal timelines to avoid lapses and ensure data integrity. - Identify and resolve contract discrepancies or payor operational issues impacting reimbursement. - Analytics & Reporting - Perform financial modeling and impact analysis of proposed reimbursement terms. - Develop and deliver regular updates to leadership on contract performance, trends, and financial outcomes. - Identify opportunities for optimization, including rate improvements, participation in value-based care programs, or alternative payment models. - Stakeholder Collaboration - Serve as the primary point of contact for payor contract-related matters. - Collaborate with internal teams—including Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical Leadership—to ensure alignment between operational execution and contract terms. - Provide education and guidance to internal departments regarding key contract provisions, rate structures, and billing requirements. Qualifications Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field required. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payor contracting, healthcare reimbursement, or managed care required. - Demonstrated success negotiating and managing payor agreements strongly preferred. - Knowledge of value-based care, risk arrangements, and government programs (Medicare, Medicaid) is desirable. Skills & Competencies: - Proven negotiation and relationship management skills. - Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities with attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong computer literacy required - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and contract management tools. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Work Environment - Remote position with occasional travel to payor meetings or organizational sites as needed. • Drive business process for the Opportunity to Cash workstream in the following focus areas: Aftermarket Order Management and Return Order Management. • Partner with Digital and business units to evaluate and implement SAP and other tools that complement/enhance process optimization. • Partner with workstream leads in the business units to analyze recommendations for blueprinting to enable strategic goals identified in Global Design. • Maintain Business Process Hierarchy. • Maintain project plan for assigned responsibilities. • Lead planning activities to establish scope, timeline, and resource plan for the assigned opportunity to cash business processes. • Drive the execution of blueprinting activities inclusive of defining global process designs, standardizing metrics, and reporting, designing common information model, building global template, and testing for readiness. • Partner with business units and system integrator to plan and execute activities for the various phases of the project. • Ability to travel ~ 10-25%

• This role will oversee our agency partners to ensure excellence in execution, while personally owning forecasting, spend pacing, reporting, and incrementality modeling. • Examples of strategic work include ownership of the test and learn roadmap, go-to-market planning for new product launches, and partnering with cross-functionals on retail media initiatives (i.e. creative optimization, media mix modeling, etc), among other items. • This individual will be the go-to subject matter expert for Amazon and future retail media channels, possessing superior core skills while demonstrating an ability to identify root cause issues and solve ambiguous, complex problems through cross-functional collaboration and impact. • This role is a strategic owner rather than just an executor; this individual will help Seed define its core media KPIs across SKUs and channels that ladder up to overall business performance. This individual should go beyond “what happened”, but help us understand “what would happen if”. • This role acts as a force multiplier - this individual should know how to extract 110% value from our agency partners in order to focus on the 3-6 month strategic horizon. • This role will report to the Sr. Director, Amazon.
