Sales Manager, B2C Courses
Mira Developments
- Consult warm leads provided by the marketing team and sell educational programs - Communicate with clients primarily in English via WhatsApp, e-mail, phone calls - Identify clients’ needs, present relevant training options, handle objections, and close deals - Maintain accurate lead records and sales pipeline in AmoCRM - Follow up with prospective clients and achieve individual sales targets - Collaborate with the sales lead and the wider team to improve sales processes and communication scripts
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2C sales
- English proficiency at B2 level or above, both spoken and written
- Russian proficiency will be an advantage, as part of the team is Russian-speaking
- Experience with CRM systems; AmoCRM experience is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-consulting skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in real estate, education, courses, or premium services will be an advantage, but is not required
