Role Description We're looking for a Coach Recruiter & Operations Coordinator to own, build and continuously improve the end-to-end systems, workflows, and operations that power Mento's coach community. We care deeply about coaches at Mento. Coaches are an extension of our team, and we invest deeply in our community to ensure that this is where they can continuously realize their coaching potential. As our coach community scales, we need to evolve how we attract, hire, grow and retain the world’s top coaches. You will take deeply human, relationship-driven processes and build new models for how we can make them more personalized and scalable without losing the care and judgment that create a high-quality coach experience. You will evaluate how the work is done today, identify where it can be improved, and build the systems that enable Mento to grow its coach community sustainably. You’ll partner cross-functionally to build an AI-first coach experience engine that maintains a high bar for quality and responds quickly to evolving member demand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people, process, and technology. Key Responsibilities - Own and evolve coach recruiting - Manage the systems and daily momentum needed to scale a high-volume coach recruiting funnel, moving candidates from sourcing, referrals, and application review through interviewing, selection, and hiring. - Create a thoughtful candidate experience that reflects Mento’s culture and quality standards, and enables us to continue to attract top coaches. - Use AI, automation and data tracking to improve and evolve every stage of the process. - Set new coaches up for success from onboarding through activation - Manage the coach journey from offers through onboarding, training and coach readiness. - Ensure new coaches have a clear, organized, and supportive path to activation. - Improve onboarding and training workflows using AI, automation, templates, along with feedback and data analysis to identify gaps and recommend improvements. - Drive ongoing coach operations - Own the day-to-day workflows that keep the coach community running effectively while maintaining high coach satisfaction. - Manage coach communications, operational requests, documentation, process updates, and recurring programs. - Identify trends, gaps, bottlenecks, and recurring issues across the coach lifecycle and develop practical and AI-first solutions. - Partner cross-functionally to improve handoffs, clarify ownership, and ensure coaches receive timely support. - Help operationalize new coach programs, policies, tools, and product changes, using data and feedback to evaluate their effectiveness. - Build AI-first systems across the coach lifecycle - Use AI to redesign recruiting and operational workflows while preserving strong human judgment and connection. - Build prompts, automations, frameworks, dashboards, and lightweight tools that reduce manual work and improve consistency. - Test new approaches, measure their impact, gather feedback, and iterate based on quality, efficiency, and candidate and coach experience.
