• Prepare architectural designs in Revit across different phases (technical feasibility, site survey, conceptual study, preliminary design, and construction documentation), ensuring deadlines and quality requirements are met while optimizing cost. • Review client requests to determine conditions and materials required for execution of services. • Assist in managing project revisions and verify coordination/compatibility between disciplines. • Coordinate externally developed designs, liaise with suppliers, and monitor associated costs. • Support construction, permitting, finance, and other departments to keep project documentation and systems updated and controlled. • Comply with operational controls applicable to your area of responsibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Experience developing large-scale projects (buildings, churches, hotels, etc.).
- Mandatory intermediate/advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Knowledge of Twinmotion or other rendering tools (advantage).
- Experience with collaborative project development platforms, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) (advantage).
