Job Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience leading IT or software development teams
- Strong background managing multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Technical literacy regarding digital platforms, integration solutions, backend, and frontend architectures
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal conflict-resolution skills
- Proactive mindset with a strong ability to assess risks, adjust roadmaps, and account for results to clients and executives
- Nice-to-have skills: previous experience or solid knowledge within the Insurance, Insurtech, or Financial services sector.
