Qualifications - Expérience de 3 ans minimum dans le domaine des mobilités - Très bonne connaissance en études et conception des offres de mobilités : routières, covoit, TAD, mobilités actives et en études de plannification - Chefferie de projet et maîtrise des indicateurs de pilotage - Connaissance des environnements juridique, financier, organisationnel des collectivités locales (dont marchés publics) Requirements - Autonomie et responsabilité - Travail en équipe, aisance relationnelle, esprit d’initiative, capacité à rendre compte - Rigueur, force de proposition - Capacité rédactionnelle avérée - Gestion des urgences / des priorités

• Owning end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects that align to organizational objectives and client business outcomes. • This role will be accountable for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, change management, and baseline control. • Working with client and internal stakeholders to establish clear ownership, decision rights, communications cadence, project goals, success criteria, and priority trade-offs. • Facilitating risk, issue, and dependency management with proactive mitigation plans, get-to-green actions, business-impact clarity, and early escalation where delivery or commercial outcomes are at risk. • Applying Hitachi Solutions delivery methodology, stage gates, project health reviews, and standard delivery practices while continuously improving execution quality. • Managing project budgets of $2M - $10M+ with disciplined forecasting, budget-vs-actual review, estimate-at-complete awareness, margin protection, and proactive action on financial variance. • Identifying scope movement, leading re-estimation when needed, and estimating, creating, and delivering Change Orders with clear client alignment and commercial rationale. • Leading or supporting Steering Committee governance, stage-gate readiness, executive status reporting, decision management, and value/outcome alignment as required by the delivery process. • Providing clear, transparent, action-oriented communication to customers and internal Hitachi Solutions stakeholders on progress, risks, decisions required, delivery challenges, and corrective actions. • Contributing to PMO and Delivery Excellence process improvement by capturing lessons learned, improving reusable delivery practices, and adopting standard tools, templates, and reporting discipline. • Providing first-line project escalation support to the team, establishing accountability, coaching delivery behaviors, resolving conflicts, and helping address capability or execution gaps. • Leading teams through ambiguity while maintaining delivery control, driving timely decisions, balancing competing priorities, and reinforcing execution discipline under pressure.

• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives from kickoff through completion. • Drive projects with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining high-quality execution. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables. • Understand and champion the vision behind each initiative, ensuring execution remains aligned with business objectives. • Facilitate rapid experimentation by helping teams test, learn, and iterate quickly. • Identify risks, remove blockers, and proactively drive projects forward. • Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. • Lead recurring project meetings, status updates, and governance activities. • Continuously improve project delivery processes by leveraging AI-powered tools, coding assistants, and automation where appropriate. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation • Support Director of Implementation driving Payment Integrity growth strategy and development • Oversee multiple projects, providing mentorship and guidance to implementation team members • Training, quality assurance, and development of departmental guides and SOPs • Problem solving of client project customizations, issues, and delays • Lead large project management teams and assist with project staffing • Spearhead project planning, tracking and oversight of assigned staff • Communicate with the client, company, and project team leadership for project metrics/status • Create project schedules, program definitions, budgets, and objectives • Actively manage risks and mitigate solutions
