• Provide industry-leading service for large industrial motors, generators, and turbines to customers worldwide. • Focus on aftermarket business development and sales activities for WEG and non-WEG products. • Develop close working relationships with users and distributors within various industry segments. • Responsible for sales-related activities to support bookings/sales growth from existing customers and cultivate new customers. • Develop sales and call strategies; increase exposure at Users and distributors. • Request feedback from customers, identify project/customer details vital for quote strategy. • Assist in creating accurate quotations based on WEG's offerings. • Mentor and train junior team members. • Domestic and international travel of up to 100%.
