• Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation • Support Director of Implementation driving Payment Integrity growth strategy and development • Oversee multiple projects, providing mentorship and guidance to implementation team members • Training, quality assurance, and development of departmental guides and SOPs • Problem solving of client project customizations, issues, and delays • Lead large project management teams and assist with project staffing • Spearhead project planning, tracking and oversight of assigned staff • Communicate with the client, company, and project team leadership for project metrics/status • Create project schedules, program definitions, budgets, and objectives • Actively manage risks and mitigate solutions
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives
- 3 or more years of Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred
- 5+ years of payment integrity product experience
- Expertise with project management methodology such as Catalyst or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Modern understanding of budget development, control and assurance methods, and project management software
- Ability to lead and translate the broader objectives of a program into clear and achievable project scope and milestones
- Leadership to train, guide and mentor the work of junior colleagues
- A strong executive presenter who communicates ideas clearly
- Influencer that can clearly communicate project priorities and motivate stakeholders to action

Role Description We’re looking for an experienced UKG Project Manager to join our team and drive successful UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) project implementations. This is a fully remote position based in Australia. A Project Manager will manage and lead Workforce Management (WFM) project phases on client projects and be the key Axsium interface to the customer. Responsibilities include: - Managing all resources supplied by Axsium to build a solid customer relationship. - Ensuring the successful completion of projects in an efficient, cost-effective, and quality manner. Qualifications - Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and propose alternative solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Comfortable selling ideas to client’s project team through discussion and presentation. - Works well as part of a team or on their own with minimal supervision. - Deadline driven, confident, open to taking initiative, ability to multi-task. - 5+ years of consulting and project management experience in the WFM field. - 5+ years of workforce management experience developing and executing on workforce management. - 5+ years of experience working with workforce management technologies including but not limited to labor forecasting, schedule optimization, time keeping, budgeting, and task management. - Experience working with UKG PRO WFM and/or Workforce Management Software vendors. - Experience working with remote teams. - University or College degree.
