• Lead the development and implementation of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. • Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial health and stability, implementing strategies to optimize cash flow efficiency. • Identify and assess financial risks, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets. • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filings, collaborating with external tax advisors as needed to optimize tax efficiency. • Establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience working in an agency or a US company is preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools, as well as MS Excel.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail finance is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- A dual monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed.
