• Prepares capital plans, execution documents, budgets and ensures adherence to pertinent schedules • Prepares monthly budget reports and works with management to assure action on variances • Monitors and reports benchmarking data • Ensures reporting of productivity, analyzes trends and reports recommendations to management • Develops and implements new policies and procedures as appropriate • Performs executive level meetings for status reporting and strategy recommendations • Provides cross team multi-facility support for internal and external customers

• Coordinates operating budgeting and management reporting activities for the assigned departments budget formulation and variance analysis review. • Utilizes reports to analyze data from various sources and systems to present reports for budget planning and decision-making. • Administrator of the assigned department's budget and management reporting software including ongoing system maintenance and reporting. • Collaboratively interacts with Information Technology, Accounting, Finance & Reimbursement, and Patient Financial Services. • Assists with the coordination of the hospital’s annual budget process and becomes budgetary decision makers during peak periods. • Provides thorough financial and statistical analysis to produce reports and support decision making. • Maintains and designs database structures for reporting and analysis. • Maintains expert level report writing for budgetary and management reporting systems, and is an expert in Microsoft Excel. • Identifies appropriate data sources for reporting and analytic needs. • Meets with departments and accounting staff to understand business needs for reporting requests.

• Build on college finance experience to work with a diverse group of College Coach and EdAssist clients at various socioeconomic levels and help them successfully navigate the higher education system and complex education finance questions • Counsel corporate and retail clients in individual phone and video meetings spanning a wide spectrum of complex college funding issues including: early saving strategies; financial literacy for students; applying for all forms of federal, state, private, and institutional aid; coordinating assets and resources to pay for college, including claiming education tax breaks; understanding the impact of college inter-departmental politics; student loan repayment options; and managing educational debt • Present on topics as subject matter expert representing a full spectrum of college financing issues from saving strategies for newborns through graduate school funding, student loan management, and financial literacy and wellness within a variety of corporate client settings • Respond to help desk inquiries from corporate clients with professional prose • Contribute to internal projects as required, including development or revision of new internal and external curriculum, training materials, or products, social media initiatives, service delivery best practices or other internal areas of interest • Through delivery of high level services, assist in building market presence and word of mouth reputation; contribute to EdAdvisory’s growth, thought leadership, client satisfaction, and inclusive environment • Manage all administrative functions required for service delivery

• Develop and execute the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership based on comprehensive analysis of financial trends and business objectives • Oversee the preparation of insightful and accurate financial reports, pricing analysis, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses • Interpret financial results, identify variances, and proactively recommend corrective actions • Build, define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and track progress towards financial goals • Implement systems and processes for ongoing measurement and reporting of financial and operational metrics • Provide critical financial insights and analysis to support the development and execution of the company's strategic plan
