• Support the annual compensation cycle by performing compensation administration tasks related to manual updates for global transfers, manual uploads, updates and deletions of change statements, and troubleshooting issues. • Play a key role in testing phases for regular cycles and system enhancements. • Follow up on outlier reviews, consolidate information, and analyze data for pay equity. • Submit global data for participation in the annual WTW compensation survey. • Support the salary planning process through data preparation and analysis. • Reconcile invoices and analyze usage of recognition programs. • Participate as a team member in other compensation-related projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- 4–5 years of related experience.
- Business-level English required.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, ServiceNow, or other applicable systems is a plus.
- CCP certification is a plus.
