Role Description The Solutions Specialist is responsible for assisting Implementation project teams to deliver Dayforce configuration that follows best practices, providing limited customer support to clients awaiting implementation of their Dayforce product, and delivering long-term solutions to fix configuration gaps identified by Dayforce customers post go-live that meet the documented customer requirements in the statement of work (SOW). Rework solutioning includes: - Confirming and/or gathering requirements - Identifying data and configuration issues - Architecting a scalable and robust solution The Solutions Specialist must ensure timely completion of these projects across a variety of Dayforce modules and ensure the solutions provided are aligned to customer needs. Role Description We are seeking a knowledgeable Immigration Consultant to support our US staffing operations by managing employment-based immigration processes and ensuring compliance with US immigration laws. The ideal candidate will work closely with recruiters, consultants, attorneys, and clients to facilitate visa processing, maintain documentation, and provide guidance on work authorization and immigration-related matters. - Manage employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, OPT/CPT, TN, L-1, E-3, and Green Card processes. - Coordinate with immigration attorneys, employees, recruiters, and clients to ensure timely filing and case progression. - Review and maintain immigration documents, petitions, and compliance records. - Advise recruiters and consultants on work authorization, visa transfers, extensions, amendments, and status changes. - Track visa expiration dates and ensure timely renewals. - Stay current with US immigration regulations and communicate policy updates to internal teams. - Ensure compliance with USCIS, DOL, and other applicable immigration requirements.
