Role Description We are seeking an experienced Icertis Functional Consultant. This role requires deep expertise in Icertis configuration and integration, strong solution architecture skills, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients and program teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale CLM implementations and driving process improvements, with exceptional communication and leadership capabilities. Job Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and translate them into technical specifications and architectural plans. - Act as a trusted advisor to the program team and business, offering strategic guidance on optimizing contract management processes through the Icertis platform. - Stay current on Icertis CLM developments and related technologies; identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to optimize the CLM lifecycle. - Expertise in Icertis CLM platform: Configuration, customization, and integration of modules; strong understanding of Icertis architecture and functional workflows. - Solution Architecture & Implementation: Proven ability to design and deliver scalable CLM solutions, including large-scale deployments and system integrations. Qualifications - U.S. Citizenship required - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Icertis CLM solutions. - Deep knowledge of the Icertis CLM platform, including module configuration, customization, and integration capabilities. - Proven experience managing large-scale CLM implementation projects, with a track record of successful delivery. - Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Requirements - Experience in industries such as Federal Government, legal, procurement, or supply chain management. - Experience with Icertis GovCon. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
