Role Description We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our fast-paced and international team. You will be the key interface between business and technical teams, ensuring project delivery that aligns with business objectives and meets high technical standards. - Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. - Define project roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and manage delivery in coordination with stakeholders. - Ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions in collaboration with developers and architects. - Write and maintain functional and technical documentation, including API specs and integration guidelines. - Lead project planning, monitor progress, and report on key milestones. - Organize and facilitate meetings to review progress, manage risks, and address blockers. - Conduct end-to-end testing and validate deliverables (including log analysis and cross-platform checks). - Apply internal project management methodologies, tools, and reporting standards. Qualifications - A minimum 5 years' experience as a technical project manager, ideally in telecom or digital services, fluent in English, both written and spoken. - Strong technical understanding of: - APIs - XML - JSON - Databases - Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project) and frameworks (PMP, Scrum, Agile). - Familiarity with data tools like Kibana, Tableau, or Looker is a plus. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Team-oriented, proactive, and autonomous. - Comfortable in multicultural and remote working environments. - Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Great interpersonal skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset. Role Description As a Digital Health Project Manager at ICON, you will be required to provide technical expertise in Digital Health development, specification development and provide subject matter expertise to cross functional study teams.
