Job Description

Bilingual Client Support Representative

ASTEC

• Provides order-level analysis and accurate responses to client and/or candidate inquiries regarding company products and services in English and/or Spanish. • Engages and builds relationships with clients and applicants, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience. • Communicates with clients accurately and effectively in English and/or Spanish. • Understands the importance of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to rapidly process information and document with high accuracy. • Achieves and maintains customer service support levels and standards in all interactions (email, phone, and chat). • Partners cross-functionally to troubleshoot root causes of delays, errors, and system challenges. • Demonstrates understanding of Asurint products and services to facilitate quick resolution. • Handles complex customer service and support issues and escalates as necessary. • Handles all candidate inquiries. • Other duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written, is required.
  • Experience providing high-volume customer service is required.
  • Experience with the legal/court system is preferred.
  • Experience with background screening is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required.
  • Relevant business management systems such as HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred.
  • Salesforce is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate degree is preferred.
  • Certifications or licensure: Driver’s license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s liability insurance carrier is required.
  • Years of relevant experience: 0 to 2 years is preferred.
  • Years of experience supervising: None.
