• Responsible for the successful execution and delivery of complex Grid Automation projects with customer full satisfaction • Lead the execution of complex projects within the Grid Automation solutions domain • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively • Ensure safety and quality through the overall execution cycle • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation • Ensure optimal budget control developing clear work breakdown structure and monitoring Earned Value (EV) • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks identified during project execution • Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high standards of project execution • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders

• Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management to ensure a high-performing team • Monitor and periodically report on the performance of project portfolio processes (non-quality costs, product non-conformities, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction) • Master the customer's quality requirements and take the necessary actions with the relevant managers to meet the requirements • Analyze and provide contract requirements related to quality to the project team and support function kickoff meetings to ensure that all contract-specific requirements are conveyed to all stakeholders • Act as an agent of change by proposing innovations in the way things are done with a view to cost-effectiveness, quality and operational efficiency of projects • Establish processes, implement and participate in the improvement of collaborative quality tools with our client regarding the project portfolio • Work closely with other Function Coordinators to identify overall strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs and meet deadlines, while ensuring the quality of our deliverables and products • Identify risks and opportunities at the portfolio level of projects, as well as the development and monitoring of associated action plans • Define the quality plan for our client's entire project portfolio in collaboration with the other function coordinators • Coordinate and collect customer satisfaction surveys and take the necessary actions resulting from them • Support the Senior Director of the Project Portfolio and coordinate with the project quality managers the analysis and management of non-quality costs, the associated claims process, the associated curative and containment, corrective and preventive actions

• Manage multiple aspects of projects, both local and globally, such as contractual, procedural and regulatory requirements. • Maintain good communications with other functional groups concerning program and company issues. • Collaborating with other employees in problem solving and systems improvement. • Review regulatory/pharmacovigilance publications and information sources to keep updated on current regulations, practices, procedures and proposals. • Maintain a basic medical understanding of applicable therapeutic areas and disease states. • May participate in on-call duties for specific projects and ensure 24-hr coverage for intake of cases from investigative sites. • Provide plans and accurate forecasts for all projects. • Serve as a resource for other departmental managers and lead departmental initiatives. • Prepare and present proposals. • Manage staff of experienced professionals, which may include interviewing and selection, job description preparation, professional development, goal setting, performance management, coaching and mentoring, employee counseling, and separations. Role Description A client of ours is working through a merger with two other locations, so there are several projects that need alignment to get all technologies together on the same page, as well as to prepare the infrastructure and eventual move of certain applications to the cloud. This particular Project Manager will be responsible for: - Leading the application rationalization and gradual move of their applications to the cloud (Microsoft/Azure). - Continuous data center depreciation and consolidation project of smaller data centers scattered around campus. - Leading the assessment, planning, and execution of a multi-year infrastructure modernization initiative focused on cloud migration and data center consolidation. - Partnering with infrastructure, application, security, and business stakeholders to establish migration criteria. - Evaluating application readiness for cloud adoption. - Overseeing the migration of on-premises workloads to cloud-based environments. - Supporting the organization's strategy to exit one of its data centers while coordinating implementation activities with external service integrators such as AHEAD, Optum, or similar partners. Qualifications - Infrastructure project management expertise. - Cloud migration experience. - Application portfolio assessment capabilities. - Strong stakeholder management skills.
