• The Senior Detection and Response Analyst role will provide ongoing support to the Regional Security Operations program. • Maintain effective 24x7 monitoring and detection services to internal and external clients. • Act as the point of escalation for all security incidents; provide expert level feedback regarding current monitoring and ways to improve it. • Assume the role of shift lead as needed, and fulfil this responsibility through leadership and guidance of ID team members, proactively prioritizing, identifying, analyzing and remediating threats. • Ensure that the ID Analysts’ daily work activity is completed to the required quality levels and timelines, by verifying that their responsibilities are executed, in accordance with the expectations set by the ID Team Lead. • Triage security incidents and perform in-depth analysis using Cyber Threat Intelligence, intrusion detection systems, firewalls and other boundary protection devices. • Maintain an understanding of the overall threat landscape (cyber, malware, botnets, phishing, DDoS, physical). • Provide 24x7 coverage to support the RSOC services; Participate in an on-call rotation. • Support Agentic SOC development through providing expert level feedback, tuning, and feature requests for our engineering team to support accurate machine speed response. • Train and mentor team members within the Incident Detection Team. • Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of day-to-day operations. • Assist with service requests from customers and internal teams. • Assist with containment and remediation of threats during incidents. Use an internal ticketing system to track investigated incidents and capture relevant details. • Support Incident Response efforts as needed, including providing counsel, working with the IR team, as well as other involved stakeholders within the organization and customers to drive forward remediation activities. • Conduct threat hunting activities based on internal and external threat intelligence. • Provide expert level feedback regarding current monitoring and ways to improve it. • Create and update daily and monthly reports. • Contributes to the creation of documentation to standardize processes and procedures, including playbooks to improve internal processes and procedures. • Use investigation findings to identify gaps and recommend security posture improvements. • Identify, recommend, coordinate, and deliver timely knowledge to support teams.

• Provide day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Inpatient clinical applications, including system builds, upgrades and enhancements • Analyze inpatient clinical and operational workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and improved patient care outcomes • Partner with clinicians, nursing leadership, and operational teams to gather requirements and translate clinical needs into Epic Inpatient solutions • Perform and document workflow assessments to determine functional and clinical requirements for optimal system utilization • Develop and execute system test plans for Epic Inpatient upgrades and enhancements; document test results and outcomes • Manage problem, incident, and change management processes related to inpatient clinical systems • Provide daily on-call support for inpatient application-related issues as required • Communicate system issues, enhancements, and workflow changes clearly to clinical and operational stakeholders. • Oversee smaller-sized projects or components of projects. • Coordinate implementation or project planning around software application releases.

• Propose, develop, test, implement, and evaluate modifications and/or additions to business processes within Workday. • Oversee functional testing for HR system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenance. • Ensure data integrity through process improvement, audits, uploads, maintenance and documentation. • Work with functional users to provide technical support, research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. • Act as a strategic thought partner to the People, TA, IT, Payroll teams, and others by identifying opportunities to scale through automation and smart system design. • Document key processes and configuration for reference and to ensure consistency. • Creates user guides/QRGs, system workflow, standard operating procedures, and creates/delivers end-user training. • Proactively identify and initiate improvement opportunities around system, process, data, and user experience, and recommend options. • Perform other necessary duties and responsibilities. • Partner with HR leadership and L&D manager to provide relevant content and training opportunities into client groups • Effectively partner and collaborate with internal HR teams to create efficiencies, automate, and builds scalable best in class HR solutions for the business.

• Under general supervision, analyze and present business related trends and results to identify opportunities for improvement/solutions in support of the customer and sales organization. • Work with internal and external customers to drive results tied to defined distribution metrics and reporting requirements. • Meet with sales and the customer to identify, prioritize, track and manage projects and KPI performance. • Create, maintain, and develop relationships with the customer, sales teams, and vendor community. • Lead/participate in various meetings on behalf of customer (ex. value analysis committee). • Meet with vendors to discuss products, pricing and terms. • Present findings to key contacts in the customer’s procurement team. • Measure the trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of the overall pricing and inventory KPIs. • Support sales team by managing contract terms, assisting with brand conversions, and tracking all savings and projects. • Make presentations regarding project updates, business results, committee findings, etc. • Review pricing to determine and identify discrepancies. • Ensure new pricing rules are reviewed and approved by respective sales teams. • Provide issue resolution in the following areas (not limited to): inventory surplus, backorders, outstanding invoices. • Initiate and partner with the internal teams. Communicate resolution in a timely manner. • Host weekly meetings with supply chain, materials services, and Medline Sales teams. • Collaborate with Sales, IS and Finance to develop, create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure systems provide accurate and timely data.
