• Review, process, and respond to client work requests • Professionally communicate (written and verbal) with Stantec staff and managers, clients, subconsultants, and project stakeholders • Review project submissions for completeness, accuracy, and process compliance • Update databases and spreadsheets to track and evaluate project status and performance metrics • Follow guidance documents and standard operating procedures to ensure accurate and consistent information is delivered to clients • Review documents to ensure they meet specific client requirements • Synthesize data from multiple sources • Communicate regularly with team leads and managers to ensure deadlines are being met • Maintain Stantec’s high standard of safety, quality control, and quality assurance

• Responsible for the successful execution and delivery of complex Grid Automation projects with customer full satisfaction • Lead the execution of complex projects within the Grid Automation solutions domain • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively • Ensure safety and quality through the overall execution cycle • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation • Ensure optimal budget control developing clear work breakdown structure and monitoring Earned Value (EV) • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks identified during project execution • Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high standards of project execution • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders

• Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management to ensure a high-performing team • Monitor and periodically report on the performance of project portfolio processes (non-quality costs, product non-conformities, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction) • Master the customer's quality requirements and take the necessary actions with the relevant managers to meet the requirements • Analyze and provide contract requirements related to quality to the project team and support function kickoff meetings to ensure that all contract-specific requirements are conveyed to all stakeholders • Act as an agent of change by proposing innovations in the way things are done with a view to cost-effectiveness, quality and operational efficiency of projects • Establish processes, implement and participate in the improvement of collaborative quality tools with our client regarding the project portfolio • Work closely with other Function Coordinators to identify overall strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs and meet deadlines, while ensuring the quality of our deliverables and products • Identify risks and opportunities at the portfolio level of projects, as well as the development and monitoring of associated action plans • Define the quality plan for our client's entire project portfolio in collaboration with the other function coordinators • Coordinate and collect customer satisfaction surveys and take the necessary actions resulting from them • Support the Senior Director of the Project Portfolio and coordinate with the project quality managers the analysis and management of non-quality costs, the associated claims process, the associated curative and containment, corrective and preventive actions
