Candescent
• Drive end-to-end project execution, proactively managing timelines, risk, documentation, and stakeholder alignment • Establish and update integrations including SAML SSO, OIDC SSO, and other standard integration types • Engage with Marketplace onboarding lifecycle and understand how each phase impacts project readiness and timelines • Collaborate with integration QA resources to stay up to date on integration and extensibility technologies • Recommend and draft refinements to templates, documentation, and project workflows to improve consistency and efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project dependencies and escalate when timeline impact arises • Use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree or relative work experience
- 4+ years of related experience
- Proven cross-functional, end-to-end coordination skills for customer-facing project work
- Excellent verbal/written communication and influencing skills
- Experience with Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools
- Ability to quickly learn basic concepts related to the financial services industry
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
