Job Description
Event Content Manager, DX
Atlassian
About DX DX helps engineering leaders build high-performing, productive teams. We collect millions of data points daily, powering insights into developer productivity and experience at companies like Pinterest, GitHub, BNY, Xero, and many more. DX recently joined Atlassian, expanding our resources and accelerating our mission to help every engineering organization measure and maximize their impact, including the impact of AI. Our marquee conferences- DX Annual and DX Annual Europe-bring together hundreds of engineering leaders for research-driven talks, peer learning, and actionable takeaways. We're looking for someone to own the content program that makes these events world-class. The role As Event Content Manager, you will own the end-to-end content lifecycle for DX's marquee conferences. You'll report into the Events team. You'll also work closely with the Research team, who serves as the editorial and strategic director for the content program-setting themes, selecting topics, and shaping the overall narrative. Your job is to operationalize that vision: running the call for speakers, managing speaker logistics end-to-end, keeping production on track, and ensuring a world-class experience for every speaker who touches our stage. This is a hands-on execution role. You'll be selecting, reaching out to, and coordinating with speakers. You'll also be managing timelines, coordinating prep and rehearsals, providing feedback on talks, and serving as the primary point of contact for speakers from first outreach through post-event follow-up. Why this role matters: DX Annual is not a product launch event-it's a peer-learning experience where engineering leaders walk away with promotable ideas and actionable frameworks. The Event Content Manager is the person who makes that happen: curating the right voices, shaping the right stories, and ensuring every speaker delivers their best work. You'll have a direct line to our Research team's proprietary data and insights, and you'll help translate that into programming that attendees call "the best conference I've been to." Priority 1: Speaker management and content operations - Coordinate with the Research team on content program design - they set the editorial direction; you execute the operational plan to bring it to life - Run the Call for Speakers program end-to-end - system setup, reviewer assignments, messaging, submission tracking, and website updates - Manage speaker communications and logistics - pre-event outreach, calendar holds, Know Before You Go (KBYG) materials, travel coordination, and post-event thank-yous - Relay Research team feedback to speakers on their content - helping speakers shape their talks based on editorial guidance from yourself and the Research team - Manage content workback timelines - create and maintain production schedules, align with audience acquisition and website timelines, track deliverables - Facilitate deck reviews and handoff to production - coordinate deck design/cleanup, copy editing, and creative asset delivery - Support session and agenda management - session room allocation, scheduling, A/V requirements, live streaming needs, and digital content setup - Create cue sheets, VOG scripts, and MC scripts for event production - Manage on-site rehearsals and speaker ready room - coordinate rehearsal schedules, A/V checks, and day-of speaker support - Analyze event content performance - post-event feedback and recommendations for improvement (think critically; act like a product manager for your content program) Secondary priorities: Internal speaker management & supporting additional events - Prep internal DX employees to speak on stage - manage rehearsals, logistics, and communications for internal speakers - Build and maintain a speaker list (internal + external) that Events staff can tap for DX-hosted and sponsored events - you're the go-to person when someone needs a panelist or speaker recommendation - Provide white-glove logistics for C-level and customer speakers - travel, comms, and on-site support Compensation At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. We follow consistent hiring practices and account for each candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience when setting base pay within the range. Director, Shortform Content
BlueprintWe deliver the right information, to the right person, at the right moment.
Role Description Kate Tolo, co-founder of Blueprint, Don't Die, and Immortals, is building her own brand at the forefront of female health: the first longevity protocol designed from the ground up around a woman's body. We're looking for a strategist to build it from the ground up — owning the strategy, storytelling, and growth runway for Kate across Instagram (Reels, carousels, Stories) and beyond, and directing the team of creators that brings it to life. Medicine and longevity have largely been written in a language that leaves women out. Kate is changing that, turning the same engine of measurement and radical transparency that made Bryan a global experiment on the female body for the first time. The question driving everything: what happens when the female body is studied with a rigor it's never been given? Location: Los Angeles Preferred, Remote for the right candidate. Position Responsibilities: - Build Kate's short-form social strategy from the ground up — thesis, formats, cadence, and growth plan. - Build the operational backbone — a social content calendar, briefing and review workflows, and a publishing cadence that keep a growing team shipping consistently. - Define the storytelling that turns a personal protocol and a new health brand into content people follow and come back to. - Direct creators and editors — write clear briefs and shepherd concepts from ideation through final cut, getting the vision out of a team rather than making everything yourself. - Build and lead the content team — hire and grow creators, editors, and coordination as the brand scales. - Own performance — use analytics to learn what's working and feed it back into strategy. - Partner closely with Kate and the Senior Director of Content on creative direction. Qualifications - 5+ years building short-form social/content strategy, ideally 0→1 — a brand or creator taken from blank page to a real, growing audience. - A talent for translating complex or scientific topics into accessible, social-first storytelling — making rigorous material feel human and shareable. - Experience directing creators and editors — you get the best work out of a team, not by doing it all yourself. - Deep expertise in short-form platforms, Instagram especially — the mechanics of growth, attention, and retention. - Exceptional storytelling instincts and strategic judgment. - Fluency with social analytics and data-informed decision-making. Requirements - Strong understanding of the production and edit process — enough to direct it and set a high creative bar. - Basic graphic design / Canva. - Interest or background in women's health, longevity, or wellness. - Comfort in a fast, scrappy environment where a quick post can outperform a big production. - Experience repurposing/distributing content across channels (e.g., X). Benefits - Salary Range: $175-200k + equity + benefits.
Role Description Content is the product — structured practice plans, guided video and audio sessions, and the daily prompts that turn signups into habits. As Content Manager, you'll own how these plans come to life, partnering with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape the user experience in the app. Over time, you'll expand into cross-functional work on new product features that depend on content quality and depth. You'll design the workflows and AI pipelines that let us produce more, faster, and better. Key Responsibilities - Content design: Shape how our plans are structured, how content modules fit together, and how personalization layers on top. - Cross-functional product work: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers on features that depend on content. You'll be in the room when these are shaped, not briefed at the end. - AI-powered production: Build workflows that multiply output through AI — from script generation to voiceover automation. This is how the team already works. - Quality and localization: Set the bar for what good content looks like at Leaply. Own how quality holds up across languages as we expand. - Measurable impact: Use product data and A/B tests to decide what to build, kill, or iterate on. Your decisions directly affect retention and engagement. - Production coordination: Oversee content production end-to-end, from brief to finished asset. Partner with internal and external production resources. Qualifications - 1-2 years in content roles. - Systems thinker: you've built content at scale through repeatable processes, not one-off pieces. - AI-native: you've shipped at least one AI workflow that measurably improved content output. - English fluency with near-native writing quality. - Cross-functional operator: comfortable in product dashboards and collaboration tools, not just Google Docs. - Track record of ownership: you've taken a content function from 0 to 1 or 1 to 10. Nice to Have - Second language fluency (DE, ES, FR, PT, or IT). - Background in wellness, fitness, mental health, or behavioral science. - Video production experience (scripting, directing, editing). - Experience with localization at scale. Why This Role - Scale the craft: You'll help evolve how Leaply produces content — the tools, the processes, the standards behind it. - Content drives retention: What users engage with daily determines whether they come back tomorrow. You'll own that experience. - Real AI infrastructure: We're already running AI pipelines in production. You'll build on top of that from day one. What You'll Get - Competitive compensation and a high-impact role. - Full ownership of the content function. - Direct reporting to the CPO during onboarding. - Access to internal SKELAR communities across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design. - A meaningful mission: help people live healthier lives every day. Benefits - Meals, gym access in Kyiv or a partial fitness stipend in Warsaw, health insurance, paid business travel where the role requires it, and corporate partner discounts.
