• Act as the team's technical reference, supporting architecture and development decisions; • Design and implement secure, scalable, high-performance, and resilient solutions; • Lead technical refinements, ensuring alignment and quality in deliveries; • Lead the technical response to critical incidents, supporting rapid problem resolution; • Guide the team in evolving development practices, including test automation and software quality; • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and a strong sense of urgency; • Support the team's technical growth by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
  • Strong experience with Node.js and NestJS;
  • Experience developing and integrating REST APIs;
  • Experience with microservices architecture;
  • Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka and Azure Service Bus;
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB;
  • Experience with caching solutions such as Redis and Memcached;
  • Knowledge of observability (logging, metrics, and monitoring);
  • Experience with containerization using Docker, AKS, and Azure Container Apps;
  • Experience with cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure;
  • Experience with unit and integration testing;
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
