Global Learning Lead – Fellowship Programs

Teach For All

• Set Vision and Priorities: Set priorities to strengthen network partners’ and prospective partners’ approach to fostering strong fellowship cohorts, achieving holistic student development, and advancing the collective leadership of fellows. Enable the seamless integration of the Teaching As Collective Leadership framework into all partner program components, including pre-service training institutes, coaching frameworks, ongoing teacher development, and alumni readiness. • Foster Fellowship Strength: Lead a team that provides coaching and learning opportunities to network partners to strengthen fellowship program outcomes, including student outcomes and participant retention, satisfaction, and development. • Ensure Strong Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL): Lead the team to ensure partners have the measurement tools, data systems, and routine practices needed to track student, fellow, and alumni outcomes. • Drive Evidence-Based Improvements: Foster learning loops that surface insights about how to grow student outcomes, fellow retention, and participant development. • Advance a Global Learning Agenda: Collaborate with the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future’s learning leads to develop and execute a learning agenda to surface and advance insights about how to develop teachers who develop students holistically. • Foster Network Learning on Fellowship Programs: Shape the learning agenda and lead the effort to generate insights about what approaches foster the strongest fellowship outcomes. Direct the generation, synthesis, and dissemination of insights, foundational frameworks, learning experiences, and knowledge products. Co-create high-quality cross-functional learning experiences that contribute to programmatic and organizational strength of network partners. • Lead the Team: Lead, develop, and manage a diverse global team of specialists, coaches, and consultants, ensuring high-impact support that accelerates programmatic outcomes network-wide. • Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration: Partner with regional and global team members to co-diagnose localized partner needs and build internal organizational capacity around fellowship excellence.

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in education, with a minimum of 10+ years leading large-scale teacher training, fellowship design, instructional and/or leadership coaching, or school leadership programs.
  • Deep understanding of Teach For All’s theory of change, with a demonstrated ability to shape and flesh out that theory as it relates to systemic educational equity and classroom impact.
  • Ability to set vision and strategy, even in ambiguity and complexity, and to influence and motivate others across lines of difference, with the orientation and capability to channel team focus toward the highest-leverage commitments and high-impact outcomes.
  • Exceptional ability to independently manage multiple shifting priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, globally-distributed environment.
  • Proven experience fostering the leadership and engagement of a diverse, globally dispersed team in an agile environment, with an asset-based coaching orientation prioritizing self-directed learning, self-awareness, collaboration, and leading from purpose and values.
  • Proven comfort with monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems, with the orientation and capability to leverage data for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze and synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative information into accessible frameworks and insights for diverse global audiences.
  • Strong writing, public speaking, and facilitation skills, capable of providing thought leadership and running complex global roundtables, workshops, and learning forums that surface and elevate meaningful insights.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships across diverse cultures and lines of power difference, from senior network CEOs and global influencers to classroom teachers.
