Business Development Representative

• Drive outbound pipeline generation across an assigned international territory, sourcing net-new opportunities through calls, email, and social selling • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, converting them into meetings for Account Executives against a defined qualified-opportunity quota • Own territory pipeline health by tracking activity, follow-up cadence and conversion in Salesforce • Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified meetings and keep early-stage opportunities moving • Research target accounts and buyer personas (i.e., engineering and security leaders) to build targeted, multi-touch outreach sequences • Build product and market fluency through onboarding and ongoing enablement, and apply it directly in prospect conversations
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a BDR/SDR in a SaaS or software company, consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- Demonstrated ability to run a full outbound cadence independently by prioritizing, sequencing, and following through with minimal oversight
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Account Executives or sales leadership to convert qualified meetings into pipeline
- Strong written and verbal communication for cold outreach across phone, email, and social channels
- Nice to have: Experience selling into engineering, security, or developer-focused buyers
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce)
