• Optimise process chemistry at scale — lead audits, process mapping, data analysis, and trials to enhance charge balance, drainage/retention, zeta potential control, and water system performance • Build or adapt process models, interpret results, and translate insights into on-site changes and measured benefits • Schedule and facilitate sessions for the Process Chemistry Working Group, document actions, track benefits, and share best practices across mills • Benchmark chemistries, evaluate samples, define test methods, and co-develop applications with Procurement and R&D colleagues • Deliver training and hands-on coaching for mill teams on process understanding, modeling, and best practices • Help shape the strategy for process chemistry within Group R&D

• Collaborate directly with customer organizations to assess, design, and implement digital engineering solutions. • Act as the primary technical liaison, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to digital engineering tools and software. • Provide training, guidance, and best-practice recommendations to customer teams to enhance their digital engineering capabilities. • Utilize digital engineering tools (CAD, CFD, FEM, etc.) to analyze and simulate engineering designs and processes. • Develop, test, and maintain software solutions that integrate with digital engineering workflows, following modern software development best practices. • Document technical solutions, create user manuals, and produce training materials for both internal teams and customers. • Work closely with the Istari team, reporting progress, sharing insights, and aligning customer projects with our overall technical strategy. • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital engineering and software development. Identify opportunities to integrate innovative tools and methodologies into customer solutions and internal processes. • Up to 50% travel to customer sites, including International accounts in Australia.

• Collect, analyze, and operationalize threat intelligence to inform proactive detection and threat‑hunting activities, driving measurable security posture improvements across client environments. • Develop, optimize, and maintain custom detection and threat‑hunting queries across two or more SIEM platforms, tuning alerts for improved fidelity and building dashboards and saved searches that support repeatable, operational use cases. • Plan and lead cyclical, hypothesis‑driven threat hunts using threat intelligence and behavior‑based analytics; identify detection gaps and telemetry blind spots, and translate hunt outcomes into detection improvements, alert tuning, and updated runbooks.

• Own a defined documentation surface and keep assigned product documentation accurate, current, and technically validated. • Improve developer onboarding and integration experiences by publishing clear tutorials, conceptual guides, technical references, and how-to documentation. • Validate code examples by reproducing end-to-end workflows, correcting outdated content, and ensuring published examples work as intended. • Deliver complete documentation for assigned product updates and launches within established timelines and quality standards. • Strengthen documentation quality by following docs-as-code practices, technical review processes, and established publishing workflows while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
