• Build and maintain the sign-up and onboarding flows for Soluna • Collaborate closely with your squad, product, design, delivery, and fellow engineers, to design and ship features that support the Soluna launch • Support product-led growth initiatives through your engineering work • Take part in peer testing to maintain code quality without a dedicated QA function • Participate fully in squad ceremonies: stand-ups, retros, and monthly eng/product meetings • Take an active role in your own development, using the skills matrix to identify growth areas and working with mentors across the team
Job Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering experience (less than 3 years' business/professional experience, this is a great next step for someone early in their career looking to build on solid foundations)
- Comfortable with pair programming and collaborative development
- A genuine interest in architecture and how systems fit together
- Strong attention to detail and a quality mindset
