Process Improvement Project Analyst – Principal
Prime Therapeutics
• Lead enterprise-wide and highly complex cross-functional transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior and executive leaders by identifying improvement opportunities • Establish, advance, and govern continuous improvement standards, tools, playbooks, dashboards, status reporting, and value assessment stories • Mentor, coach, and develop Process Improvement practitioners and business partners in Lean Six Sigma methodology, project execution, facilitation, data-driven problem solving, and change leadership
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Healthcare, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 7 years of experience in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, business analysis or project management
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Strong leadership, executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
