• Lead the design, construction, and deployment of AI solutions that combine the power of graph databases and AI. • Act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, guiding them through complex data challenges and delivering transformative business value. • Engage with technical leaders, stakeholders, and strategic partners to shape and guide the successful implementation of Graph+GenAI solutions. • Design and advocate for robust, scalable solution architectures, leading the deployment of Graph+GenAI systems aligned with complex enterprise requirements. • Collaborate closely with customer leadership to deeply understand their strategic objectives, translating them into high-impact AI solutions. • Develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI applications that integrate graph databases with LLMs and orchestration frameworks. • Work with other teams to influence the roadmap and provide insights from the field, and share expertise internally with stakeholders through workshops, training sessions, and documentation.

• Design and execute application migrations into Kubernetes clusters. • Develop and maintain deployment automation for containerized workloads. • Configure and deploy workloads using Helm charts and Kubernetes primitives. • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, integration, and runtime issues. • Validate application performance and behavior after migration. • Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and application teams to define integration requirements. • Build and maintain Kubernetes networking and integration configurations. • Support cloud-native modernization efforts on AWS and Azure. • Document migration processes, runbooks, and post-migration validations.

• Partner with the sales team to help customers understand how Databricks can help solve their business problems • Provide technical leadership for customers to evaluate and adopt Databricks • Consult on big data architecture, implement proof of concepts for strategic customer projects, data science and machine learning projects, and validate integrations with cloud services and other 3rd party applications • Build and present references architectures, how-tos, and demo applications for customers • Become an expert in, and promote Databricks inspired open-source projects (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, and Koalas) across developer communities through meetups, conferences, and webinars • Travel to customers in your region
