• Migrate aircraft maintenance and operational data from PDFs, spreadsheets, and other customer-provided documentation into standardized Veryon templates. • Review, validate, and organize customer data to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy before migration. • Support onboarding projects for various aircraft types while ensuring all required documentation is properly processed. • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer onboarding activities and track implementation progress for each client and aircraft. • Maintain high standards of data integrity throughout the onboarding process. • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies independently while ensuring accurate system configuration. • Validate migrated data to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. • Perform quality assurance reviews to minimize errors and maintain consistently high accuracy levels. • Communicate professionally with customers via email regarding onboarding requirements, missing documentation, and project updates. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth information exchange and successful project completion. • Support continuous communication between internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on onboarding milestones. • Independently manage multiple onboarding projects while meeting established deadlines. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows, data migration processes, and operational efficiency. • Seek guidance when needed while proactively identifying learning opportunities and knowledge gaps. • Contribute to process documentation and onboarding best practices that improve scalability and consistency.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data migration, customer onboarding, implementation support, project coordination, business operations, or a related analytical role.
- Experience working with Excel, PDFs, and structured/unstructured data while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies and validate complex datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data quality and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience communicating professionally with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
