• End-to-end oversight of eDiscovery projects of all sizes and complexities, ensuring excellence of quality and timeliness of deliverables. • Advise clients on eDiscovery strategies from identification and collection through production, including culling and filtering, processing, and document review. • Primary client point-of-contact for project-related queries, custom solutions and workflow escalations; general subject matter expert capable of deploying point SMEs as required. • Lead high level project/matter communication meetings and status updates; offer suggestions, solutions and recommendations. • Responsible for creating, maintaining and communicating project timelines and budgets. • Responsible for project-level reporting on metrics and deliverables. • Coordinates across internal delivery verticals to ensure appropriate services are deployed against project needs. • Support the invoice process, including review and correction of client invoices.

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field. - PMP certification preferred. - 10+ years of project and program management experience. - 5+ years managing project portfolios or PMO functions. - Experience leading Professional Services, Consulting, MSP, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, or Technology projects. - Strong financial management and forecasting experience. - Demonstrated experience managing resource planning and utilization. - Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
