Role Description Buscamos a un Desarrollador Full Stack Semi-Senior radicado en Venezuela o Ecuador que quiera dar el siguiente paso en su carrera, sumándose a un proyecto clave en el sector financiero. Tu rol no será solo picar código: serás una pieza fundamental en la construcción de soluciones críticas, creando funcionalidades de punta a punta en arquitecturas sólidas y escalables. - Desarrollo End-to-End: Crear endpoints robustos y diseñar componentes UI intuitivos para módulos secundarios dentro de la plataforma. - Gestión Documental: Construir el repositorio documental del proyecto integrando servicios en la nube (AWS S3), gestionando versionado y conectando con SharePoint y Barú. - Inteligencia de Datos y Reportes: Diseñar e implementar motores de reportería dinámicos utilizando JasperReports e integrando exportaciones hacia Power BI. - Calidad y Excelencia: Diagnosticar y corregir con agilidad los defectos identificados en las etapas de UAT (User Acceptance Testing) para garantizar un software libre de fallos. Qualifications - Ubicación: Estar residenciado en Venezuela o Ecuador (requisito indispensable). - Experiencia: Entre 3 y 5 años trabajando en roles Full Stack. - Backend: Dominio de Java y Spring Boot. - Frontend: Manejo sólido de React. - Bases de Datos: Experiencia práctica con PostgreSQL. - Especialidades: Generación de reportes con JasperReports e integración de repositorios documentales. - Herramientas de Control: Control de versiones con Git. - Formación: Titulación técnica o universitaria en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Tecnología en Desarrollo de Software o carreras afines. - Inglés: Nivel intermedio para lectura, escritura y conversación fluida con el equipo. • Assist in the design and maintenance of various databases, including stored procedures, indexing, and data models. • Develop and optimize ETL pipelines and workflows using SSIS, Python, PySpark, and SQL Server. • Execute large-scale data migrations, including cleansing, validation, and transformation across enterprise systems. • Develop and optimize SQL scripts and stored procedures to support data conversion, validation, and ongoing processing needs. • Build data ingestion and transformation workflows across raw, staging, curated, and analytics layers. • Build and maintain various reporting solutions using SSRS and PowerBI. • Design and implement logical and physical data models (ERDs) for various applications. • Develop stored procedures, views, SQL scripts, and other database components supporting transactional and reporting systems. • Provide production support, including troubleshooting performance issues and on-call support when needed. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile ceremonies, development activities, code reviews, and release cycles. • Provide knowledge transfer.

• Develop, evolve, and maintain applications with a primary focus on back-end using .NET platform technologies. • Contribute to building scalable, secure, and highly available solutions. • Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries following team-defined standards. • Participate in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues; propose improvements and contribute to the system's evolution. • Perform code reviews and collaborate on software quality practices. • Work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication. • Contribute to maintaining best practices in software development and software architecture.

• Architect and hands-on build the new ASP.NET Core / C# online banking platform - system design, service boundaries, data modeling and API contracts. • Design and implement critical features and platform components; lead code and design reviews, setting the technical bar. • Lead and mentor a small agile team - run sprints, unblock engineers, own delivery commitments, coach through 1:1s and pair programming. • Partner with Finance Group technology leaders, product, QA and security to translate business and regulatory needs into robust solutions. • Collaborate with the Embrace Technology group on shared architecture, cloud and CI/CD standards and with Venture Labs / Embrace AI Group to embed AI capabilities (AI-assisted dev, predictive insights, fraud/risk monitoring) into the platform. • Drive engineering best practices - testing, CI/CD and adoption of modern AI dev tools. • Operate as a forward-deployed engineer - embed with internal product partners to co-design solutions, then rapidly conceptualize, prototype and launch new products, compressing concept-to-production from quarters to weeks. • Lead AI-first, new-product development end-to-end - design and ship LLM- and agent-powered capabilities using services such as Google Vertex AI / Gemini, OpenAI (and Azure OpenAI) and orchestration frameworks like LangChain, with disciplined evaluation, guardrails and cost / latency management. • Build full-stack and real-time - modern, accessible UX/UI, public REST APIs and live experiences via SignalR on .NET Core / C# control plane, with event-driven services through Azure Service Bus / messaging, etc. • Own the cloud and delivery foundation - infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, CI/CD on GitHub (Actions) and containerized, repeatable deployments across Azure and/or AWS. • Engineer security and compliance in by design - identity and access management (OAuth2 / OIDC, SSO, MFA), secrets management and data protection aligned to PCI DSS, SOC 2 and FFIEC, with auditability from day one. • Build and empower the team - recruit, coach and unblock a small squad of progressive FDEs, giving them the autonomy, tooling and technical bar to ship safely and fast.
