The Details - Fully remote position. - Full-time freelance opportunity (5 days per week). - Our studios operate 7 days a week, so weekend availability is required. - Working hours align with Australian Eastern Time (AEST), between approximately 9:00am and 8:00pm. - Daily remote team meetings and regular check-ins with your Team Leader. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, high-quality content. Your strong technical background and attention to detail make you a valuable contributor to any team, maintaining and improving technical documentation. - Research, write, and edit technical content, ensuring it is clear, concise, and user-friendly. - Drive documentation quality and consistency across multiple products and documentation properties. - Lead complex documentation initiatives that require coordination across Product, Engineering, Support, and other stakeholders. - Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes, tooling, workflows, and information architecture. - Act as a trusted subject matter expert and documentation partner for cross-functional teams. - Share expertise, establish best practices, and help improve team effectiveness through knowledge sharing and process improvements. - Demonstrate strong ownership, judgment, and autonomy when navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving product requirements. - Contribute to the long-term scalability and maintainability of documentation systems and standards. Qualifications - At least 5 years + of experience in technical documentation for customers, developers, and internal stakeholders. - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information. - Experience with Docusaurus, GitLab repositories, and Jira. - Proficient in Git workflows (branching, merging, conflict resolution). - API documentation (REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger). - Strong Markdown and MDX authoring skills. - Documentation versioning and docs-as-code practices. - Familiar with Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment. • Partners with brand managers to design and implement blog content strategies • Write 20 blog posts per day for review and publish • Writes blogs and other content that provides visibility for our brand site • Writes landing page and ad copy to support other acquisition efforts as needed • Own the CMS system as well as the review and publishing of new content from start to finish • Collaborates and communicates effectively with key players • Ensure attention to detail on all assets (e.g. grammar, spelling, brand guidelines, etc.) • Maintain well-organized content plans and libraries of other creative assets • Researches and stays up-to-date on industry trends and ideas • Keeps all relevant copywriting and marketing certifications up to date

• Produce approximately four-six articles each day on healthcare policy, pricing & reimbursement, regulatory changes • Research news sources and turn them into reliable original content • Collaborate with subject matter experts focused on global pricing and market access • Work with marketing to use news and product information for marketing incentives and LinkedIn posts
