• Die Rolle ist "post-sales" und als solche innerhalb des technischen Nachhaltigkeitsteams angesiedelt • Etwa 70-80 % der Aufgaben konzentrieren sich auf Kundenbetreuung und Kundenmanagement • Du wirst ermutigt und unterstützt, dein eigenes technisches Fachwissen im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeit aufzubauen • Du onboardest neue Kund:innen in unsere Software • Du unterstützt Kund:innen als "Clearingstelle" für Fragen und Probleme im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung unserer Produkte • Du interpretierst die Ergebnisse unserer Software (Nachhaltigkeits-KPIs und Inhalte) für Kund:Innen • Du bist die interne Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Vertriebsteams, der Nachhaltigkeitsfunktion und unseren Softwareingenieuren • Du entwickelst und verwaltest die Tools zur Überwachung von Kundenaktivitäten und reagierst auf diese Überwachung
Job Requirements
- Du hast mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Du besitzt Arbeitserfahrung mit mindestens einem der folgenden Themen: GHG-Protokoll, GRI, DNK, Ecovadis
- Du besitzt Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und kundenorientiert
- Dich zeichnet eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du kommunizierst klar und souverän
- Du bist motiviert neue Nachhaltigkeitsinhalte eigenständig zu lernen
- Erfahrung mit dem GHG Protokoll ist ein Plus
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
