• The role is post-sales and is part of our company's technical sustainability team • Approximately 70–80% of tasks focus on customer support and customer management • You will be encouraged and supported to build your own technical expertise in sustainability • You will onboard new customers to our software • You will support customers as a "clearing point" for questions and issues related to using our products • You will interpret the results of our software (sustainability KPIs and content) for customers • You will act as the internal interface between our sales teams, the sustainability function, and our software engineers • You will develop and manage tools to monitor customer activity and respond to those insights
