• Continuously focus on automation and manual testing of compliance automation tool • Design and implement automated tests using in-house test automation framework • Perform manual and automation tests on multiple features • Investigate and troubleshoot issues identified during testing • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality delivery • Identify potential problems and design better testing approaches

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright. • Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks. • Perform functional, regression, smoke, end-to-end, integration, and API testing. • Automate web application test scenarios using JavaScript or TypeScript. • Validate integration points between applications, services, APIs, and third-party systems. • Create and execute API test cases using tools such as Postman, Playwright API, REST Assured, or similar tools. • Verify request/response payloads, status codes, headers, authentication, error handling, and data validation. • Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines. • Convert business requirements into clear test scenarios and automated test cases. • Log, track, and communicate defects clearly using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

• This role combines two worlds: you architect solutions with and for our customers – and you build. • You are the technical driving force of our customer enablement team, working closely with Customer Success: the colleague others turn to when a concept needs to be turned into a running system. • A key focus is hands-on data work: analyzing, cleansing, monitoring, and enriching business partner data for our customers – leveraging AI, our software services, and tools such as our internal automation workbench. • You work with our existing prototypes and build your own – not to develop production software (that is what our engineering teams do), but to solve a concrete problem in a project or to demonstrate a solution to a customer: fast, with Python and AI tools such as Claude. • You deliver integration projects, and you work in forward-deployed project setups that introduce our AI-based digital data steward directly in customer environments: you analyze, you conceptualize, you convince, and you make it work. • You perform data analyses and cleansing projects yourself: leveraging AI, our software services, the workbench, and your own prototypical extensions, you analyze, cleanse, monitor, and enrich customer data end-to-end. • You align continuously with our Product Owners and Product Managers: you channel field experience and customer requirements into the roadmap and validate new capabilities in practice. • You support our customers with technical questions and back our pre-sales activities: value argumentation, technical expertise, and initial data analyses – for example with our workbench. • You share your knowledge actively in the team: you establish good practices, enable colleagues such as Business Analysts and junior architects, and act as a technical sparring partner.

• Develop test automation suites to expand test coverage to all our microservices and integrate it into regression and release process • Support the team for all releases and communicate issues to product in a timely manner • Deliver tools to help test integration with third-party services (Payment Rails, SMS/Email, KYC (know your customer), Analytics, etc.) • Integrate automated tests execution into the software development process • Collaborate with Squad Lead and other key stakeholders to strategize rollout • Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Credit, and Business Development) in identifying automation areas to further increase the quality of our product • Maintain, review, propose and implement improvements to existing frameworks, tools and processes • Continuous Learning of new tools and helping the team in optimizing the test framework consistently.
