• Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite • Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps • Build data pipelines from existing Army systems • Automate workflows and business processes using Microsoft Power Automate • Create data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI • Create scalable, efficient, and secure solutions to meet customer’s business objectives • Test and Fix bugs and refactor as necessary • Experience working in agile and works well with an agile team • Participate in working groups and process improvement teams • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications • Provide technical support, documentation, and training • Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Power Platform

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • 10+ years development in Microsoft technologies (3+ years Power Platform)
  • Proficient Power Platform development experience (Share Point, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
  • Proficient at Power BI languages (Power Query, M, DAX, SQL, R)
  • Proficient in integration technologies, data connectors, APIs, and protocols
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Active Secret Clearance Required
  • Previous experience with DoD, Army, or Human Resources Processes (Desired)
  • Experience with Human Centered Design (Desired)
  • Certification in Agile (Desired)
