Role Description We're hiring an intern to support our Cost and FTE Senior Analyst. This role will provide hands-on experience in analyzing cost structures and managing full-time employee allocations. This intern will collaborate with various departments to identify and address cost variances, track budgeted positions, and ensure alignment with financial goals. This internship experience offers an opportunity to learn about financial planning and workforce management in a dynamic, multinational setting. - Assist the Cost and FTE Senior Analyst with data collection, analysis, and reporting. - Collaborate with various departments to identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions. - Monitor and track budgeted versus actual expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals. - Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management. - Assist in validating purchase orders and ensuring they align with the approved budget. - Contribute to workforce planning by tracking FTE positions and supporting headcount analysis. Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling. - Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Basic understanding of budgeting, financial statements, and cost analysis. - Google Suite knowledge is a plus. Role Description We are looking for a Fractional/ Part-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be managing activities during the Company’s CIRO membership application review phase, and once the Company is accepted as a CIRO member, overseeing and be responsible for the financial and operational rules as well as managing reporting requirements.
