• Act as the Real Estate & PropTech Domain SME, providing strategic advisory across asset management, portfolio optimization, leasing, and facility operations. • Lead CXO workshops, discovery sessions, digital maturity assessments, and Smart Building readiness assessments. • Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging PropTech, Smart Buildings, IoT, AI/GenAI, Digital Twins, BIM, and ESG solutions. • Translate business challenges into technology roadmaps, solution architectures, and measurable business outcomes. • Develop business cases, ROI models, investment justifications, and portfolio modernization strategies. • Drive presales activities, manage proposal creation, solution shaping, and support consulting practice growth. • Create reusable frameworks, accelerators, thought leadership assets, whitepapers, and industry points of view. • Collaborate with architects, engineering, cloud, AI, data, and IoT teams to ensure successful strategy-to-execution delivery. • Provide governance, executive reporting, and outcome tracking for large-scale Real Estate transformation programs. • Represent Nagarro through client engagements, industry events, conferences, and practice-building initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Total Experience 9 years.
  • Deep expertise in the Real Estate domain across Commercial Office, Retail, Industrial, Logistics, Residential & Multifamily, Hospitality, and Mixed-Use assets.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio & asset management, leasing, tenant lifecycle, property & facility management, CapEx planning, sustainability, and compliance.
  • Experience driving technology-led transformation initiatives in Real Estate, including PropTech, Smart Buildings, IoT, Digital Twins, BIM, AI/GenAI, and data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Real Estate enterprise platforms such as Yardi, MRI, SAP RE-FX, Archibus, Planon, IBM TRIRIGA, CAFM, and CMMS solutions.
  • Proven ability to connect business outcomes to technology solutions through digital strategy, operating model transformation, and business case development.
  • Experience supporting consulting practices for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Capital Projects technology.
  • Strong experience leading CXO workshops, client advisory engagements, digital maturity assessments, and technology roadmap initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing the creation of proposals, solutioning, presales, and strategic consulting engagements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and mentoring skills.
