• Utilizes clinical experience and skills in a collaborative process to implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate medical review cases. • Applies the appropriate clinical criteria/guideline and plan language or policy specifics to render a medical determination to the client. • Applies critical thinking, evidenced based clinical criteria and clinical practice guidelines. • Med Review nurses use specific criteria to authorize procedures/services or initiate a Medical Director referral as needed. • Assists management with training new nurse reviewers/business partners or vendors to include initial and ongoing mentoring and feedback. • Actively cross-trains to perform reviews of multiple case types to provide a flexible workforce to meet client needs. • Recommends, tests, and implements process improvements, new audit concepts, technology improvements, etc. that enhance production, quality, and client satisfaction. • Must be able to work independently without personal distractions to meet quality and metric expectations.

• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to professionals performing compliance services for Profit Sharing, 401(k), 403(b), MEP, and PEP plans • Serve as a subject matter expert on ERISA compliance, testing methodologies, plan design interpretation, and IRS regulatory requirements • Lead and support enhancements to systems, processes, procedures, and controls related to compliance testing and Form 5500 reporting • Leverage technology, automation, and system capabilities to efficiently manage high-volume compliance testing and reporting workloads while maintaining exceptional accuracy and quality • Perform compliance testing, with a focus on: 410(b) testing (Ratio Percentage Test and Average Benefits Test), 414(s) compensation testing, 401(a)(4) nondiscrimination testing, Rights, Benefits, and Features testing • Calculate employer contributions for Safe Harbor and New Comparability plan designs • Provide consulting support, plan design expertise, and technical guidance to relationship management, plan management, and clients • Assist with complex operational issues, plan interpretation questions, correction methods, and regulatory compliance matters • Develop working knowledge of Voya's recordkeeping systems, valuation reports, and compliance-related technology solutions • Contribute to the development of best practices, operational efficiencies, and service enhancements that improve client outcomes and scalability • Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned

• Take immediate ownership of leading full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, including managing scope, budget, and overarching project management activities • Actively mentor and develop junior staff, playing a foundational leadership role in building out our newly formed Materials Handling Operations department • Serve as a strategic advisor for clients on complex business processes specific to warehousing and manufacturing, translating operational needs into robust technical designs • Embody a continuous learning mindset with a willingness to develop deep expertise in new NetSuite product areas, specifically Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) • Be proactive and serve as the Client's advocate during engagements • Lead discovery and requirements gathering workshop • Lead process mapping/reengineering and future state process design • Advise client on standard functionality, leading practices for software and industry • Functional system configuration design, drafting requirements and design documents consisting of a combination of flow diagrams and written requirements • Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and overall business process discovery • Translate complex business requirements and processes into technical designs • Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution • Collaborate with technical counterparts to deliver custom solutions to meet Client requirements • Manage scope and requirements and work within budget/allocation at all times • Lead Configuration Workshops and Offline Configuration Activities • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Systems Interface Testing (SIT) Activities • Lead End User Training (EUT) and enablement planning activities • Define data migration strategy and lead and/or complete all data migration activities • Provide ongoing support to Client’s post go-live as needed • Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, including all project phases: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, Support • Lead project management activities such as status meetings, planning, work breakdown, and change control • Support efforts to attract new clients into the firm and with scoping new projects • Contribute to internal company initiatives including go-to-market efforts, knowledge management, and enablement • Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagement
