Role Description - Experienced in Core HR design and delivery, including conversions, integrations, reporting, testing, and downstream impacts across HCM modules. - Proactively identifies risks, dependencies, and opportunities, driving resolution and alignment before issues impact delivery. - Collaborates effectively with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, end-to-end solutions that meet client objectives. - Proven client-facing lead capable of guiding discussions across workstreams and driving integrated, cross-functional solutions. - Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications - A minimum of 6 years of experience. - Oracle-certified in both Core HR and Onboarding. - Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university. - Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level. - Preferred experience in construction or highly unionized workforce. - Experience guiding clients towards best practices. - Must have 4 full cycle Oracle HR multi-module implementations. - Preferred experience with implementations for over 20,000 employees.
