• Forming part of the Capability, Leadership and Talent team this role will play a key role in supporting a team of program managers to design, develop and deploy learning solutions as part of the firm’s leadership and talent offering. • Project manage and coordinate the deployment of CLT solutions, including: Actively monitor project plans, communication plans, budgets, and invoicing • Develop high-quality evaluation approaches to ensure exceptional delivery and continuous improvement of programs • Streamline processes at the interface of new technology • Ensure scheduling, resourcing and governance of CLT solutions are aligned to processes across the broader team • Liaise with Learning Operations to ensure timely and efficient deployment of programs and coaching • Produce and support the setup of virtual learning programs using a range of learning technology platforms • Support the capacity planning and resource management of solutions, working with coaches, facilitators, and vendors. • Effectively communicate and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance the program experience
Role Description As a Document Processing Specialist within the Linguistic Services team at KPMG, you will play a key role in preparing, formatting, and finalizing documents for major clients. You will also support translation workflows through the creation and alignment of bitexts. This position is offered on a remote basis and is affiliated with the Montreal office. What you will do - Document formatting and processing: - Work closely with the Linguistic Services team to meet deadlines and quality standards. - Format, edit, and finalize complex documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in accordance with KPMG standards and client requirements. - Ensure visual, typographical, and structural consistency across client-ready deliverables. - Adjust layout and formatting to meet client-specific requests. - Create and maintain advanced document structures, including complex tables, footnotes, endnotes, headers, footers, numbering, styles, templates, bookmarks, cross-references, hyperlinks, and automated tables of contents. - Troubleshoot formatting issues and preserve document structure and integrity. - Convert and edit PDF files while maintaining the original layout and structure. - Prepare files for translation, linguistic review, or client delivery. - Import, structure, and integrate Excel data into Word or PowerPoint documents, particularly for reports, tables, charts, and presentations. - Bitext creation and alignment: - Create and align bitexts from source (original) and target (translated) documents to support computer-assisted translation tools. Qualifications - Significant experience in document processing and complex formatting in a documentation or translation service, or in a similar professional environment. - Knowledge of text alignment, translation memory maintenance or bitext creation fundamentals is a strong asset. - College diploma in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requirements - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including French and English typographical conventions, styles, templates, and complex document/table formatting. - Good command of Microsoft Excel, including cell and data formatting and chart creation and modification. - Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint, including text and chart formatting. - Strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat. - Knowledge of the Logiterm, Trados, and Workiva tools is a strong asset. - Excellent attention to detail and consistent focus on quality. - Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Analytical mindset and ability to solve document-related technical issues. - Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - This position requires written and oral fluency in English. Role Description - Lead SAP production support activities across functional and technical workstreams. - SAP functional knowledge of ATR, STP, O2C modules is a must with knowledge in GTS, TM as good to have modules. - Manage incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancement delivery in accordance with agreed service levels. - Act as the primary escalation point for critical production issues and business disruptions. - Facilitate weekly operational reviews and service status meetings with client stakeholders. - Monitor ticket queues, backlog, delivery metrics, and team capacity to ensure timely resolution of work. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP functional, integration, security, ABAP, and Basis resources. - Provide regular service performance reporting, risk assessments, and executive-level updates. - Support change, release, and deployment activities while minimizing business disruption. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction. - Maintain knowledge management assets, support documentation, and standard operating procedures. - Partner with Client Success Managers and Delivery Leadership to align service delivery with business objectives.
