Role Description - Assist with design and configuration of OCI networking components including VCNs, subnets, and routing configurations. - Configure and maintain gateways, routing tables, and network security components. - Support configuration and troubleshooting of VPN connectivity. - Configure and maintain Network Security Groups and security lists. - Support DNS configuration and load balancing services within OCI. - Monitor network performance using OCI monitoring and logging services. - Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and firewall related issues. - Document network configurations and operational procedures. - Support network environments that follow federal security standards and secure cloud architecture practices. - Participate in incident response and root cause analysis related to network issues. Qualifications - DoD 8570 / 8140 Security+ or equivalent. - 7 to 10 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure or cloud networking environments. - Bachelor's Degree.

Role Description We are urgently seeking a hands-on VMware Network Engineer to support a major nationwide datacenter hardware and infrastructure initiative. While this role is technically remote, it requires heavy, consistent travel to approximately 30 datacenters across the United States. The ideal candidate is a highly technical, hands-on engineer who is comfortable with a rigorous travel schedule (2-3 site visits per week). Due to the travel requirements, the candidate must live within close proximity to a major airport. Key Responsibilities - Imaging & Security: Secure and deploy images for VMware ESXi and Veeam Servers (Linux environments). - Network Connectivity: Establish and manage OPC ESXi Layer 3 (L3) local connectivity to OCC ESXi and Veeam hardware. - Remote Access: Configure secure remote access protocols for enterprise servers and storage systems. - Hardware Deployment: Install and provision VMware ESXi on new swing hardware within the OCC subnet (Server #2). - Backup Infrastructure: Build, configure, and deploy Veeam servers (Server #1) at mobile locations to function as local backup servers. Project Execution Phases - Pre-Cutover: Hardware staging, imaging, and initial configuration. - Outage Window: Active cutover, migrations, and connectivity execution. - Go-Live: Final validation, troubleshooting, and handover.
