Associate Product Manager
CrackaJack Digital Solutions
• Support senior PMs and delivery leads in planning, scoping, and executing client digital transformation projects. • Translate client requirements into user stories, epics, and technical specifications for engineering teams. • Maintain and track roadmaps, backlogs, sprints, and delivery timelines across distributed teams. • Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status updates. • Identify risks, blockers, and scope changes early, and escalate appropriately. • Prepare client-facing status reports, project documentation, and presentations. • Gather and synthesize feedback from clients and delivery teams after engagements, and turn it into concrete recommendations for improving how our GRC, IAM, PenTest, Cybersecurity, and Managed IT offerings are scoped and packaged. • Contribute to defining offering documentation scope, deliverables, target client profile, and delivery timelines — for at least one or two practice areas. • Conduct light competitive and market research on how comparable IT/security consultancies package similar services, and bring back actionable input for practice leads. • Help prioritize a simple backlog of offering and process improvements, working with practice leads across GRC, IAM, PenTest, Cybersecurity, and Managed IT.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a product management, project coordination, business analyst, or related delivery role (internships and equivalent experience considered).
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset comfortable doing light market/competitive research and turning client feedback into clear recommendations.
- Ability to work effectively across time zones with distributed, global teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Nice to have: Exposure to GRC, IAM, cybersecurity, or data privacy concepts, or compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR).
Benefits
- Build core PM fundamentals (backlog management, sprint execution, stakeholder communication) while also getting real input into product/offering decisions not just coordination work.
- Direct visibility into and mentorship from company leadership, including our Co-Founder & Managing Director and VP of Global Talent Services.
- Exposure to a broad range of cutting-edge domains: GRC, IAM, penetration testing, data privacy, cloud infrastructure, and AI consulting.

• Own product for the Occupational Health bet: translate the Founder/GM's commercial thesis and market insight into product requirements, sequencing, and a roadmap that gets us to paying customers fast, and keep reshaping it as we learn. • Redefine the workflow, don't digitize the paperwork: question every legacy step, the manual exam booking, the paper ASO, the compliance theater, and rebuild it around the member, the company, and AI. • Make AI the core mechanic, not a feature: work with engineering to embed AI into scheduling, triage, compliance reporting, and the back office, so a lean squad can do what an incumbent's much larger operation does today. • Build for regulated ground truth: work hand in hand with legal, compliance, and SST domain experts to make sure the product is correct on NR-01, eSocial, and psychosocial-risk requirements before it is fast or delightful. • Drive planning and measurement: set OKRs, goals, and success metrics for the bet jointly with the Founder/GM, and report progress in a way that is honest about what's working and what isn't. • Work close to the customer: get in front of HR and SST buyers, clinics, and brokers yourself, alongside the commercial team, so product decisions are grounded in what you've heard directly, not what's been relayed to you. • Lead design and engineering execution: run backlog, rituals, and delivery with your design and engineering craft leads, keeping a small team focused and shipping weekly, not planning for a quarter. • Bring judgment in ambiguity: make calls with incomplete information, defend the ones that matter, and change your mind fast when the evidence says to. • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
