This role is for one of our clients Compensation: $0-$65 per hour Location: Remote (must have access to a physical Mac) Fluent Language Skills Required: English We are supporting a high-priority data collection initiative focused on improving how AI systems interpret complex software interfaces and real-world, multi-step workflows. Existing datasets often lack the precision and expert-level grounding necessary to accurately represent authentic professional software usage. This initiative addresses that gap by gathering high-quality screen recordings and detailed UI annotations from experienced domain experts working directly within live digital environments.

• Lead frontend architecture and UI standards for our Web product • Design and build new screens that translate complex aviation workflows into intuitive experiences • Drive consistency across components and evolve our design system • Raise the bar on accessibility, responsiveness, and performance • Set expectations around code quality, frontend structure, and UI craft • Collaborate closely with design and backend to deliver cohesive, high-impact releases • Actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to increase development velocity and reduce friction

• Lead day-to-day technical execution for a team of engineers delivering new features and sustainment work for the MDP system. • Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js. • Develop and maintain web UI functionality using Angular. • Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery leadership to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Support cloud-hosted environments in AWS, coordinating with platform and DevSecOps teams as needed. • Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation. • Establish and enforce engineering standards including code reviews, testing practices, documentation, and release management. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve reliability and performance. • Provide Oddball-side leadership responsibilities including mentoring, feedback, and performance support for direct reports.

• Lead the development, testing and debugging of new and existing composable design system components. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and/or stakeholders to understand product requirements. • Align technical decisions with project goals and user requirements. • Set an example in code reviews by evaluating code quality, architectural alignment, performance, security, and adherence to best practices.
